Abbie Meister Design is a Utah-based interior design studio known for creating inviting, polished residential spaces that feel personally attuned to the people who live in them. Guided by principle designer, Abbie Meister, the studio approaches each project with a balance of creativity, clarity, and quiet sophistication.
Abbie believes a home should feel effortless, supportive of daily routines, expressive of personal history, and composed in a way that feels settled and complete. Her work is defined by a considered approach: listening closely, understanding what brings comfort and clarity, and shaping interiors that balance practicality with understated elegance.
Rather than chasing trends, the studio focuses on creating environments that feel natural and enduring, spaces that evolve with the families who live in them.
At home, Abbie gravitates toward simple pleasures: slow mornings, rearranging corners of her space, and the comfort of familiar routines. She and her husband, Nick, share their life with Teddy – their miniature goldendoodle who brings joy to every room he wanders into. When she isn’t working on client projects, she often finds herself baking, especially perfecting a loaf of sourdough, or enjoying the shift in seasons.
These personal rituals inform her design sensibility, composed, approachable, and attentive to everyday moments that make a house feel truly lived in.
Abbie’s affinity for interiors began in the small moments, reimagining her childhood bedroom, exploring how arrangement and atmosphere affected the way a space felt, and discovering early on that design was its own language. Even as her career path initially led elsewhere, she found herself continually pulled back to the process of creating spaces with intention. Before founding her studio, Abbie spent more than six years working in new construction marketing and branding. This experience deepened her understanding of architectural materials, and the practical rhythms of how people use their homes. In 2019 she began taking design projects on the side, and in 2025 made the leap into interiors full time. Building a studio grounded in both artistry and thoughtful structure.
Projects begin with understanding how you live, what matters to you, and the atmosphere you want your home to hold.
The studio champions interiors that feel genuine and thoughtfully curated, reflecting your personality rather than someone else’s influence.
A structured yet flexible approach ensures decisions feel guided, communication stays open, and the journey from concept to completion remains smooth.
